An inspiring online meeting - a part of the "Business of Greater Poland: Destination Asia 2020" project took place on December 11th, 2020. Lukasz Kozlowski from MakeYourAsia's team took part in that event in the role of a local expert.
The seminar was organized by the Local Government of the Geater Poland Region in cooperation with the Polish Chamber of Commerce for Importers, Exporters and Cooperation, as well as the Greater Poland Development Fund. The meeting focused on the economic potential of ASEAN member states.
The Saturday's seminar was concentrated on one, selected country - Cambodia.
The meeting was titled: "Cambodia - a market with potential". During their presentations and discussions, experts and participants focused both on the current values of the cooperation with this country, as well as the qualities it may have to offer in the near future. The experts highlighted the abundance of Cambodia's export goods and its relatively "young" market, which is an excellent basis for the development of services in the tourism and tourism-related industries.
Lukas Kozlowski from our team prepared a presentation, offering numerous practical pieces of advice for the companies, titled: "How to prepare for market entry into Cambodia?"
The first results of the study visit of the delegation of the Marshal's Office of the Greater Poland Region in Cambodia, which we had the pleasure to co-organize were also discussed.
