IMEX Frankfurt 2025: MakeYourAsia’s Summary

The 21st edition of IMEX Frankfurt, held from May 20–22, 2025 at Messe Frankfurt, welcomed more than 13,000 meeting and event professionals, surpassing 2024’s attendance record. It also marked a new high in total exhibitor floor space.

Here are some key achievements from the event:

• 13,000+ attendees from across the global MICE community
• 67,000+ pre-scheduled meetings held over three days
• 10% increase in one-to-one business meetings from last year’s event
• Record-setting exhibitor floor space, reflecting strong growth in the sector

We’re proud to have been part of this global gathering as an exhibitor at the Vibrant Ho Chi Minh City booth. Over three days, our CEO Lukasz Kozlowski met with numerous international partners and buyers, presenting our bespoke travel products and sharing the depth of experiences MakeYourAsia creates across Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines.
