Visa Requirements

Visa-Free Entry
Indonesia offers visa-free access to citizens of many countries for short stays (up to 30 days) for tourism, visiting family, or attending cultural events. Check with the Indonesian Directorate General of Immigration to see if your country is eligible.
Visa on Arrival (VOA)
For those not eligible for visa-free entry, Indonesia provides a visa on arrival at major international airports and sea ports. This visa allows a stay of up to 30 days and can be extended once for an additional 30 days.
E-Visa
Indonesia has introduced an electronic visa system for specific categories of travelers. Applications can be made online, and approval is typically granted before departure. For the latest updates, visit the official e-Visa website for Indonesia.
*Important note: Immigration may request proof of your stay and a return or onward ticket (which indicates the date of departure from Indonesia).
All Indonesia Digital Declaration/ Arrival Card
From 1 September 2025, international travelers entering Indonesia are now required to complete the All Indonesia Digital Declaration, which applies to all international airports, seaports, and official land border crossing nationwide.
This unified digital system, managed by the Directorate General of Immigration Indonesia, integrates immigration, customs, and health declarations into a single online form, replacing all previous separate paper and electronic declarations.
Travelers can now:
1. Submit your declaration online at https://allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id/ or scan the "All Indonesia" QR code within 3 days before arrival. Tourists are recommended to complete this before departure for a hassle-free entry.
2. After submission, you will receive a QR code to present first at immigration and then at customs upon arrival.
3. A payment link will appear for you to purchase the Visa on Arrival (VOA) in advance. You can pay via this link, on the e-Visa website, or directly upon arrival in Indonesia.
Note: The All Indonesia arrival card is not a visa and does not replace visa requirements.
