On May 27, 2025, MakeYourAsia had the pleasure of hosting a special industry lunch in Warsaw, organized in close cooperation with Vietnam Airlines and supported by Mrs. Grażyna Grot-Duziak, a renowned MICE Expert in Poland. The event brought together representatives from leading Polish incentive travel agencies for an intimate business gathering, aimed at strengthening professional relations and sharing updates on Southeast Asia’s growing potential.

A Collaborative Gathering of Industry Leaders

Held at Pełną Parą na Nowo restaurant, the lunch provided a warm and welcoming setting for constructive conversations. Our CEO, Lukasz Kozlowski, delivered a comprehensive presentation outlining our latest tailor-made travel programs designed specifically for the MICE segment, as well as for leisure and luxury FIT clients. These programs reflect MakeYourAsia’s ongoing commitment to providing immersive, culturally rich, and logistically seamless travel experiences across Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Philippines, and beyond.

The meeting also focused on several key elements that differentiate our offering, including the integration of CSR components into travel itineraries, which emphasize sustainable tourism practices and community engagement. Participants were introduced to how we collaborate with local partners to ensure responsible travel that leaves a positive impact.

In addition, our partner from Vietnam Airlines shared insights into their exclusive regional flight network, corporate booking tools, and premium services that are especially relevant to incentive and group travel planning. Their presence and input added valuable perspective to the discussion, underlining the importance of airline partnerships in the successful delivery of MICE programs.
