Partnering with ‘Your Heart for Filipino Children’

As part of our ongoing CSR initiatives, MakeYourAsia is thrilled to join forces with the ‘Twoje serce dla dzieci z Filipin’ or 'Your Heart for Filipino Children' foundation. Founded by Dariusz Metel, this Polish organization is dedicated to improving the lives of underprivileged children in the Philippines through fundraising campaigns, essential package distributions, and school facility enhancements.

With a successful track record of four editions of fundraising campaigns, 'Your Heart for Filipino Children' has significantly impacted the lives of children in Manila and beyond. By collaborating with this inspiring foundation, we aim to further support their mission and create lasting positive change for Filipino children in need.

Making a Difference Together

This year marks the organization’s fifth campaign, aiming to put a smile on the children’s faces. Once again, the ‘Your Heart for Filipino children’ foundation has set the target to support another 30 families with children from cemetery in Manila. Moreover, the foundation is focusing on constructing a safe playground at the San Miguel Elementary School in Baras, Catanduanes, providing a space for children to play and learn in a secure environment. The official opening ceremony took place on April 8th, 2024, welcoming all who could join to celebrate this milestone. The official unveiling of the fenced, cemented square marked a significant upgrade, offering students a secure place to play and lear. To celebrate this milestone, the small yet cozy Filipino school was filled with of music, dancing, delicious local food, and above all – the students' laughters and smiles.

We are truly honored to have been a part of this incredible journey with 'Your Heart for Filipino Children,' and we are humbled to see the MakeYourAsia logo displayed alongside other compassionate supporters at the school playground. Inspired by the foundation's unwavering dedication, we eagerly anticipate Dariusz's future endeavors and are hopeful for the announcement of a sixth campaign. Together, we can continue to make a positive impact on the lives of Filipino children and their communities.
