Just before the Lunar New Year of 2022, we had the pleasure of organizing a company trip for Tribee - providers of HR management solutions and creators of their own IT platform, aiming at the increasing of sales teams engagement and employee retention.
Tribee team asked us for a full relax and teambuilding package, as they wished not only to spend some quality time unwinding together at a seaside resort, but also to strengthen the bonds between their team members.
We therefore prepared for them a half-day teambuilding session, during which they had to closely cooperate with each other and skillfully manage the provided resources. They tried their skills in filling up buckets using only bottles, tied to long strings; they had to carry balloons over an obstacle course, using only their heads; and finally, they tested their knowledge about each other during a quiz with questions about their team members.
Finally, after fulfilling these missions (and more!) Tribee members received their yearly awards during the Tribee Award Night, right before walking out to the beach and enjoying the cozy atmosphere with drinks in their hands.
The two nights they spent at the picturesque Ho Tram Boutique Resort enabled them to understand each other better, relax in the refreshing atmosphere of the Vietnamese southern coast, as well as improve their communication channels, allowing them to cooperate more efficiently and reducing the overall stress levels in the team.
