ITINERARY
Welcome to the Philippines, a paradise with over 7,000 islands! After your arrival at Ninoy Aquino International Airport, we will pick you up at the arrivals hall and transfer you to your hotel, which will be located in the historical district - Intramuros or modern - Makati. We'll arrange it according to your preference and needs. Depending on your arrival time, we will adjust the program that day, but we will 100 percent end the day with a delicious colonial-style dinner!
We will spend the second day of our stay exploring the soul of the Philippines' capital, Manila. You will learn the history of Spanish colonialism of over 300 years. We will visit where the famous Filipino Lechon (Roast Pig) is prepared and served. Get lost in magical sites like Quiapo Church with the Black Nazarene and Manila Bay. You will also visit the world's oldest Chinatown.
After visiting the capital, we head to the north of Luzon. Our road will take about 9 hours of driving, but in our comfortable bus, it will pass very quickly. On the way, we will stop in the area of Mount Pinatubo, a volcano whose eruption in 1992 caused mudslides that covered, the town of Bacolor, which we will visit. Then we will go to the Ifugao region, where the beautiful views of the Banaue Rice Terraces - a UNESCO World Heritage site - will appear majestically in front of us.
During your stay in the mountainous region, you will be able to admire the incredible structure of massive and breathtaking terraces. We will visit Tappiyah Falls, where you will have the opportunity to swim in the crisp waters. We will also go to the town of Hapao, which is famous for jeepney rides, and to Sagada, where traditional burials in hanging coffins have been carried out for centuries. During these 3 days, we will spend the night in hotels with beautiful views and for meals, we will take you to tasty local Filipino restaurants for the most unique taste of its cuisine.
The seventh day of our trip is a departure from the mountain Sagada to the city of Vigan, the best-preserved colonial city in the Philippines. If you remember the series "Zorro”, here you will feel like you are time traveling back to that period when the series took place. Founded in the 15th century, Vigan charms visitors with its cobbled streets, magical buildings, and common horse-drawn carriages. It is also a UNESCO heritage city.
We will visit St. Paul's Cathedral, the famous Bantay Church with the Clock Tower, from which you can see the beautiful city panorama, and try the specialties of Vigan cuisine with the famous sausage - longganisa. Our accommodation will be spending the nights here at one of the colonial hotels in the central area to best feel the unique ambiance of this city.
After breakfast, we will head to the airport in Laogag city, approximately 2 hours from Vigan. Then, we will take off to Manila on local airlines, to change planes to the next point of our program, a holiday on the paradise islands of the Philippines.
Our programs are set individually for you. For our part, we suggest a flight to one of the islands where you can relax, but also offers ample attractions to explore.
Option A -> Fly to Palawan Island
Option B -> Fly to the island of Bohol
*NOTICE*. Depending on the availability of flight connections, we can also spend the night in Manila and go to the island the next day.
