Next, explore Hanoi’s rich history and culture with visits to the Temple of Literature, Hoa Lo Prison, the Ngoc Son Temple, and the iconic Train Street. Along the way, savor Hanoi’s culinary delights, including bún chả, traditionally brewed teas, candied or salted fruits, and the famous egg coffee.

After some rest at your hotel, the adventure continues in the afternoon. Hop on a city bus and head across the Red River to a unique local restaurant where you’ll enjoy afternoon snack with a menu full of surprises. Get ready for the mountains! The 5.5-hour drive from Hanoi to Sapa offers a scenic transition from bustling cityscapes to serene countryside, finally unveiling breathtaking views of mountains and rice terraces. Once we arrive, we’ll kick off with a 12-kilometer trek through picturesque valleys and hills. Along the way, you’ll enjoy lunch at a warm and welcoming highlander’s home, visit traditional H’Mong houses, and get a glimpse of daily life here.

In the afternoon, we’ll head to our guide’s home, where you can relax with an herbal bath in a traditional wooden tub before sitting down for a delicious dinner. Spend the evening feasting with a local family and rest for the night at a cozy homestay.

The next day begins with a leisurely breakfast and a peaceful walk to explore the surrounding area. You'll dive deeper into the unique mountain culture by visiting an ethnic market or a local healer's workshop. Want to try something hands-on? After breakfast at the homestay and checking out, we’ll head back to Hanoi. But before you go, get ready for an afternoon full of unique adventures! We’ll take you on a tour of the city’s less frequented corners in an old UAZ from the Vietnamese People’s Army—an experience you’ll never forget!

Afterwards, it's time to say goodbye to the Vietnamese capital in grand style. At 7:30 AM, you will set off from Hanoi, heading towards Buon Ma Thuot in the beautiful Central Highlands of Vietnam. Upon arrival, you’ll unwind at a charming farm stay, nestled near a coffee plantation, where you’ll experience the simple life of the Vietnamese countryside. Enjoy a delightful lunch prepared by your welcoming hostess.

In the evening, you’ll meet the Ede tribe and connect with their rich culture through traditional dances and music. We will share a large jug of local rice wine – a ritual considered to make these new friendships even more special – before enjoying a delicious dinner in the authentic local style.

Today, you’ll discover the answer for yourself as we head to Yok Don National Park, where you’ll have the rare opportunity to see these majestic creatures in their natural habitat! Along the way, you’ll also explore the vibrant local flora, with a special focus on medicinal plants. You’ll learn how the local tribes use these plants in traditional medicine, deepening your connection to the land.

In the afternoon, the adventure continues! You’ll visit a Vietnamese Robusta coffee plantation, where you’ll uncover the secrets of growing, harvesting, roasting, and brewing coffee in this country. Of course, no visit would be complete without savoring a cup of freshly brewed, aromatic coffee. It’s a day full of wonder, learning, and unforgettable experiences!

This morning, get ready to explore Buon Ma Thuot, the coffee capital of Vietnam! You’ll enjoy a fascinating stroll through the city, visit the World Coffee Museum, and of course, sample some of the finest local coffee. The surrounding area is rich in natural beauty, so you’ll also take in a visit to a stunning nearby waterfall and enjoy a peaceful lunch by the serene Serepok River.

In the afternoon, embark on a short trek through Vietnam’s longest volcanic cave system – an unforgettable adventure underground. Then, as the day ends, you’ll head to Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City), where the energy of the vibrant city will welcome you. Enjoy a delicious dinner and soak in the lively energy of one of Asia's most exciting cities!

Today, you're in for a treat with the best flavors of the South – street food gems, steamed and grilled dishes, and some surprising drinks. In short: we’re serving you the essence of Saigon on a plate!

Your adventure begins with a visit to the morning market in Chinatown, where you'll dive into the authentic hustle and bustle of the city waking up. You'll have the chance to taste some of the city’s iconic street foods. Then, in a local temple, you'll learn about the spiritual life of the community, before stopping by a merchant’s house to discover the secrets behind the art of brewing tea. After this trip, terms like "bitter water" or "sock coffee" will no longer be a mystery to you!

Later, we’ll visit the War Remnants Museum to deepen your understanding of the Indochina wars. Take in some of Saigon’s most famous landmarks, including the Central Post Office, Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Independence Palace, all nestled in the heart of the city’s colonial quarter.

Your day wraps up with a hands-on workshop where you’ll learn how to make Vietnamese coffee in three different ways. After a short break at your hotel, it’s time to experience "Saigon by Night"! Our drivers will take you on a thrilling ride through the city’s winding alleys, tasting the best street food along the way. Before heading back to your hotel, you’ll enjoy a refreshing drink while taking in the stunning night view of downtown Saigon. It’s a day full of discovery, flavors, and unforgettable experiences!

At around 7:30, you and your guide will head out of the city to the peaceful countryside, where you’ll have the chance to pick fresh herbs, vegetables, and mushrooms from the land. With the guidance of professional chefs, you’ll then prepare three traditional Vietnamese dishes and a dessert in a hands-on culinary workshop. The highlight of the day will be tasting the delicious creations you’ve made!

While you're here, we'll treat you to a traditional guerrilla meal, show you how they cooked in a smoke-free kitchen, and reveal the clever tactics they used to outwit the enemy. In the evening, we’ll return to the hotel in Saigon, after a day packed with new insights and unforgettable experiences.

Today, you’ll leave the hustle of Saigon behind and dive into the lush, green beauty of the Mekong Delta, often called the Land of Vietnamese Coconuts. Our destination is the charming province of Ben Tre! Here, you’ll explore the area on foot, by boat, and by bike, soaking in the peaceful rhythms of daily life in the Delta. Along the way, we'll visit fascinating local factories, including a glutinous rice dough workshop, a coconut shell activated charcoal factory, and a vibrant lá sâm vine plantation.

With a nón lá (traditional Vietnamese hat) on your head, get ready for a narrow boat cruise along one of the smaller canals, capturing plenty of unforgettable photos along the way! Throughout the day, indulge in the delicious flavors of the Delta, from homemade herbal jelly to tropical fruits, tea with honey and kumquat, and more. The day wraps up with a home-cooked dinner, where you’ll join in preparing the meal and discover more secrets of Vietnamese cuisine. Spend the night in a peaceful homestay on Tam Hiep Island, surrounded by the serene beauty of the Delta.

Today, you’ll fly from Saigon to the palm-lined paradise of Cam Ranh, a charming resort town on the stunning coast of the South China Sea. We’ve selected a cozy resort with a private beach just for you! Spend your time unwinding by the pool with a refreshing drink or indulge in a relaxing spa treatment. When you’re ready to explore, Nha Trang is just a 30-minute taxi ride away, offering a variety of attractions including shops, spas, bars, and cafes.

On your final day at the resort, depending on your return flight time, our driver will take you to Cam Ranh Airport for your flight to either Saigon or Hanoi.
