This journey will let you truly experience the unique atmosphere of Vietnam’s vibrant capital.

      Day 2: Hanoi in a Bowl foodie day

      Start your day like a true Hanoian at 6:30 AM! We’ll head to Hoan Kiem Lake (Sword Lake) to watch the city come alive with locals exercising all around the lakeside. For breakfast, you’ll enjoy a classic Vietnamese dish - phở. It’s not just an ordinary noodle dish; our guide will share its fascinating story with you!

      Next, explore Hanoi’s rich history and culture with visits to the Temple of Literature, Hoa Lo Prison, the Ngoc Son Temple, and the iconic Train Street.       Day 3 - 4: Sapa adventure

      Get ready for the mountains! The 5.5-hour drive from Hanoi to Sapa offers a scenic transition from bustling cityscapes to serene countryside, finally unveiling breathtaking views of mountains and rice terraces. We’ll take you on a tour of the city’s less frequented corners in an old UAZ from the Vietnamese People’s Army—an experience you’ll never forget!

      Afterwards, it's time to say goodbye to the Vietnamese capital in grand style. You’ll indulge in a selection of delicious local dishes while learning fascinating stories about the life of the city and its people. This is the perfect way to conclude this part of your journey, leaving you with unforgettable memories of Hanoi’s charm and culture.

      Day 6: Relax in the highlands of Buon Ma Thuot

      At 7:30 AM, you will set off from Hanoi, heading towards Buon Ma Thuot in the beautiful Central Highlands of Vietnam. Upon arrival, you’ll unwind at a charming farm stay, nestled near a coffee plantation, where you’ll experience the simple life of the Vietnamese countryside. Enjoy a delightful lunch prepared by your welcoming hostess.

      In the evening, you’ll meet the Ede tribe and connect with their rich culture through traditional dances and music.       This morning, get ready to explore Buon Ma Thuot, the coffee capital of Vietnam! The surrounding area is rich in natural beauty, so you’ll also take in a visit to a stunning nearby waterfall and enjoy a peaceful lunch by the serene Serepok River.

      In the afternoon, embark on a short trek through Vietnam’s longest volcanic cave system – an unforgettable adventure underground. Then, as the day ends, you’ll head to Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City), where the energy of the vibrant city will welcome you. Enjoy a delicious dinner and soak in the lively energy of one of Asia's most exciting cities!

      Day 9: Saigon On A Plate foodie day

      Today, you're in for a treat with the best flavors of the South – street food gems, steamed and grilled dishes, and some surprising drinks. In short: we’re serving you the essence of Saigon on a plate!

      Your adventure begins with a visit to the morning market in Chinatown, where you'll dive into the authentic hustle and bustle of the city waking up. You'll have the chance to taste some of the city’s iconic street foods. Then, in a local temple, you'll learn about the spiritual life of the community, before stopping by a merchant’s house to discover the secrets behind the art of brewing tea. After this trip, terms like "bitter water" or "sock coffee" will no longer be a mystery to you!

      Later, we’ll visit the War Remnants Museum to deepen your understanding of the Indochina wars. Take in some of Saigon’s most famous landmarks, including the Central Post Office, Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Independence Palace, all nestled in the heart of the city’s colonial quarter.

      Day 10: Culinary Cu Chi

      At around 7:30, you and your guide will head out of the city to the peaceful countryside, where you’ll have the chance to pick fresh herbs, vegetables, and mushrooms from the land. With the guidance of professional chefs, you’ll then prepare three traditional Vietnamese dishes and a dessert in a hands-on culinary workshop. The highlight of the day will be tasting the delicious creations you’ve made!

      While you're here, we'll treat you to a traditional guerrilla meal, show you how they cooked in a smoke-free kitchen, and reveal the clever tactics they used to outwit the enemy. In the evening, we’ll return to the hotel in Saigon, after a day packed with new insights and unforgettable experiences.

      Day 11: On the Paths of Mekong Delta

      Today, you’ll leave the hustle of Saigon behind and dive into the lush, green beauty of the Mekong Delta, often called the Land of Vietnamese Coconuts. Our destination is the charming province of Ben Tre! Here, you’ll explore the area on foot, by boat, and by bike, soaking in the peaceful rhythms of daily life in the Delta. Along the way, we'll visit fascinating local factories, including a glutinous rice dough workshop, a coconut shell activated charcoal factory, and a vibrant lá sâm vine plantation.

      With a nón lá (traditional Vietnamese hat) on your head, get ready for a narrow boat cruise along one of the smaller canals, capturing plenty of unforgettable photos along the way! Throughout the day, indulge in the delicious flavors of the Delta, from homemade herbal jelly to tropical fruits, tea with honey and kumquat, and more. The day wraps up with a home-cooked dinner, where you’ll join in preparing the meal and discover more secrets of Vietnamese cuisine. Spend the night in a peaceful homestay on Tam Hiep Island, surrounded by the serene beauty of the Delta.

      Day 12 – 14: Cam Ranh – A Paradise for Relaxation

      Today, you’ll fly from Saigon to the palm-lined paradise of Cam Ranh, a charming resort town on the stunning coast of the South China Sea. We’ve selected a cozy resort with a private beach just for you! Spend your time unwinding by the pool with a refreshing drink or indulge in a relaxing spa treatment. When you’re ready to explore, Nha Trang is just a 30-minute taxi ride away, offering a variety of attractions including shops, spas, bars, and cafes.

      On your final day at the resort, depending on your return flight time, our driver will take you to Cam Ranh Airport for your flight to either Saigon or Hanoi.
