ITINERARY
We will start our journey in Kuching, the southwest city of Sarawak on Borneo Island. On the first day, we will get settled into our accommodation and explore the pleasantries that this city has to offer.
Over the next two days, you'll visit the Semenggoh Nature Reserve, where you'll have the chance to spot semi-wild orangutans roaming freely in the rainforest, returning to the center at feeding times. You will also get to know the life of the people of Borneo, spending the evening surrounded by the jungle and spending the night in the so-called. the "long house" of the Iban tribe. We will get there by speedboat through Batang Ai Lake. After an eventful day, we will enjoy a nightcap of local rice wine named “tuak”.
On the third day of your trip, the roosters will crow loud and clear at dawn, so you'll wake up early and join the Ibans in a blowgun shooting demonstration after breakfast. Then, in the late afternoon, you will return to your hotel in Kuching, where you will spend the night. Next morning, we will be off to Mulu National Park!
Upon arrival in Mulu and check-in at your hotel, you will enjoy a delicious local lunch, after which you will be invited for an extended walk-through of Deer Cave & Lang Cave where their stunning rock formations will surely impress you. The beauty of these formations is emphasized by the well-placed spotlights, which illuminate the stalactites and stalagmites. These caves, being rather small and well-lit, provide an excellent chance to observe many of its inhabitants: bats, swiftlets, and even serpents living in the crevices of the cave walls. Here, with a bit of luck, you will have the opportunity to see several hundred thousand bats flying out to hunt in black spiral streams.
After breakfast, you will take a boat ride to reach the Cave of the Wind, with a stop at Penan village. Nearby, Clearwater Springs will refresh you after a picnic lunch.
Spend the rest of the day enjoying the beautiful nature or taking advantage of the many activities offered by the national park, such as walking among the treetops. If you weren't lucky enough to see bats the night before, or just want to witness this natural spectacle again, you can also go to the bat observatory on your own to try your luck again.

The next morning, you will travel toward Kinabalu Park. On the tour, you will see local villages, handicraft stalls, rubber plantations, and fruit orchards. Amazing views await us in the park, including during a walk to the Mountain Garden. After lunch, we will return to Kota Kinabalu.
You will check out of your hotel and begin the morning with a boat trip to the island of Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park. You can relax under the shade of the trees on the beach or dive into the blue waters. After returning from the island, we will take you to the airport for your departure.
