After filling up your stomach, let’s travel deeper into Saigon's market to learn about what the vendors sell, learn about their beliefs, and see how they go about their day. We will also stop by a special local temple, where both Buddhist, Animist, and Taoist deities are worshipped. This experience offers a spiritual and cultural insight into the heart of Saigon.

Our next stop is the Thich Quang Duc Monument, a place of profound historical significance where you'll hear the poignant story of his self-immolation during the Vietnam War. Next, gain a deeper understanding of Vietnam's remarkable history through thousands of artifacts at the War Remnants Museum. The museum's detailed displays not only highlight the war's impact on Vietnam but also emphasize themes of peace and reconciliation.

This powerful narrative sets the stage for our journey into Saigon's colonial past, marveling at architectural gems like the Palace of Independence, Notre Dame Cathedral Basilica, and the Saigon Central Post Office. In the evening, hop on our motorbikes and blend into the chaotic traffic flow of Saigon. Leave the busy city and see a different side of Vietnam with a trip to the vigorous Mekong Delta. Get on a Mekong River cruise in Ben Tre to admire the tranquil riverscape, visit a fascinating floating fish farm in My Tho, then sail through the endless canals of palm forest.

While in the area, peek into the local country life with a visit to the Ben Tre coconut candy factory, stroll through the village’s fruit orchards, and taste the exotic fruit collection. This is your chance to sample jackfruit, rambutan, logan, and others!

For today’s lunch, we will enjoy some local specialties such as the elephant ear fish and freshwater shrimps. If you are brave enough, take a bite of the legendary durian!

Then, hop on a sampan and ride this oar-powered boat through the tiny canals, while embracing the peaceful countryside and reconnecting with nature.

After the excursion, we will commute back to Saigon and get some rest at the hotel. Around 06:30PM, we will walk to our favorite BBQ restaurant to have dinner. Enjoy the night in Saigon.

Today we will get a glimpse of the daily life of local farmers. At 07:30AM, we venture to the serene suburbs of Cu Chi, where we will learn about rice, herbs, and mushroom cultivation. Blend in with the locals as you put on the traditional conical hat, roll up your sleeves, and harvest green produces from the farm.

And now, let’s get cooking! The professional chef will show us how to prepare three traditional Vietnamese dishes along with one dessert. This is a great opportunity to understand Vietnamese culinary philosophy and their art of preparing healthy meals. The most awaited moment of the day must be the tasting part, right? After lunch, we will make our way to Cu Chi Tunnels – the Viet Cong’s underground complex used during wartime.
